This seminar was designed to help organizations prepare for the future by bringing together knowledge, technology, and inspiration. It provided a platform for customers to stay up to date with key trends, exchange perspectives, and explore practical ways to leverage Digital and AI to enhance their work and operations.

Ricoh invited leading speakers from diverse fields to share their perspectives, helping participants gain a well-rounded understanding of modern business, technology, and the future of work.
Khun Chatpawee Trichachawanwong (Ceemeagain)
presented “Technology Trends 2026: Technology Directions and Driving Organizations into the Future,” highlighting key technology trends shaping both the present and the future. She emphasized that

shared insights in “When the World Changes Faster Than Strategy: What Should Organizations Do in 2026?” offering strategic perspectives in an era where uncertainty has become the norm. He posed a critical question:
