Ricoh Foundation Day 2026: Empowering People with the Mindset to Move Forward

On the occasion of the anniversary of Ricoh’s establishment, Ricoh organized Ricoh Foundation Day 2026 to celebrate another important milestone of the organization and to reaffirm its mission, “Fulfillment through Work”—delivering fulfillment and success through meaningful work. The event served as a platform to communicate Ricoh’s organizational direction, knowledge, and inspiration to all employees.
This year’s event was held with a unified objective: to prepare people alongside technology. Ricoh firmly believes that sustainable success begins with the right mindset within the organization, and that developing human potential is the core driver of growth in the modern world of work.
Because Ricoh believes that sustainable transformation starts with people’s mindset, the company continues to invest in empowering its workforce while advancing technology in parallel.
At the same time, as a provider of comprehensive Workplace Solutions, Ricoh continues to expand and enhance its Office Services, IT, Cloud, and AI solutions to support digital ways of working—from smart office management and cloud solutions to the application of AI to improve operational efficiency. These concepts were clearly reflected throughout the day’s sessions.
The event brought together expert speakers from diverse fields to share their perspectives and experiences, offering fresh insights into AI, marketing, leadership, service excellence, and personal fulfillment at work.
Speaker Highlights
Khun Prin Chamroenpanich (Founder & CEO, AEIOU Solution Co., Ltd.)
Topic: “AI Transformation Must Start with Strategy, Not Just Tools”. This session provided employees with a clear overview of AI at the enterprise level, emphasizing that successful AI adoption must begin with mindset, workflows, and business objectives—not merely following technology trends.“AI cannot replace us, but those who grow and evolve alongside AI will replace those who do not.”

Topic: “Leading for Greater Impact & Sustainability”. She shared leadership insights that create positive impact for both teams and organizations, along with perspectives on developing people to grow sustainably alongside the business.“AI in the workplace does not have to be serious—if we design work and play to harmonize together.”

Khun Niti Chaichitathorn (Thai television host, creative, producer and actor)
Topic: “Finding Inspiration and Self-Worth at Work”. The session encouraged employees to rediscover their value, understand their role within the organization, and regain motivation for continuous self-development.“Happiness is not something you need to search for—it is something you need to learn how to see.”
Khun Thanakorn Charlee (COO, MFEC Public Company Limited)
Topic: “AI as a Bridge: Connecting Human Potential with the Power of AI”. This session illustrated the collaboration between people and technology, highlighting how AI can be applied appropriately to enhance team capabilities.“Enterprise-level work is not just about execution—it must be measurable and deliver real outcomes.”
Dujdao Vadhanapakorn (Empathic Communication Specialist/ Founder - EMPATHY SAUCE CO., LTD. and SOULSMITH)
Topic: “Beyond KPI, Beyond Performance: When Well-being Becomes an Organizational Strategy”. She emphasized the importance of mental well-being in the workplace, pointing out that well-being is the foundation of long-term performance.“True leaders do not only take care of numbers, but also the psychological environment of the people behind those numbers.”

Topic: “Developing People to Thrive in the AI Era”. He shared practical approaches to upskilling and reskilling employees, preparing them to confidently navigate change in the AI-driven era.“Digital Transformation will never happen if People Transformation has not begun.”
