Ricoh Thailand’s Biodiversity Conservation FY26

Ricoh Thailand continued its commitment to environmental health, safety, and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by launching the "Green and Safety & SDGS Month" again this year. This annual initiative aligns with Ricoh Co., Ltd.'s (RCL) "Global SDGs Action Month" and encourages participation from all stakeholders, including internal staff and communities.

For FY2026, the themes of this event are "3P balance" under the main theme from HQ. There are six activities planned for the Green and Safety Month & SDGs month which will take place during June 1-30, 2026, with approval from the Ricoh Thailand (RTH) management team under the company's sustainability management direction.

The biodiversity conservation activity continues to be launched during the Green and Safety & SDGs Month event held in June. Since 2016, we've conducted this activity in various areas across the country. Our aim is to contribute to solving social problems related to resource conservation and climate change. We also strive to raise awareness of resource conservation among RTH staff and the younger generation, reflecting RTH Group's environmental sustainability policy.

This year, 200 green volunteers, including Ricoh Thailand staff from the headquarter and upcountry branches, Chonburi and Rayong along with Green partners, Thai Environmental Corporation Foundation and our customers from Saritdidech school participated in seagrass planting event at Chanthaburi. All 2,000 seagrass were planted in Joawloa beach to expand the sustainable blue carbon area which be the key factor for responding the climate change action.

This initiative aligns with several UN Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs) including Goal4: Quality Education, Goal 11: Sustainable Cities and Communities, Goal 13: Climate Action, Goal 14: Life below water and Goal 15: Life on Land.
