Mobile Device Management Scope of Services
  1. Requirement Gathering
    Collect relevant information and user requirements regarding mobile device usage to develop appropriate policies and operational guidelines.
  2. Proof of Concept
    Conduct testing and configure mobile devices based on the Customer Requirement documentation to validate system capabilities.
  3. Onsite Support
    Provide onsite services for Requirement Gathering and Proof of Concept, limited to a maximum of 2 days per project.
  4. Device Provisioning
    Register mobile devices (Enrollment) through the Mobile Device Management software platform.
  5. Customer Training
    Deliver one-time training session for the customer’s designated administrator per project.
  6. Helpdesk Support
    Offer consultation and troubleshooting services related to the Mobile Device Management software via phone and email.

Option - Mobile Device Management (Care Plus)
Comprehensive device management service provided throughout the duration of the service agreement.
