Service Terms & Conditions
- Internet Connection Requirement: Customers are required to have an active internet connection to ensure optimal system performance.
- Installation Conditions: This ervice covers cameras that are already installed at a height not exceeding 3.5 meters.
- Technical Support Services: Helpdesk Support, Remote Service Support, and Onsite Service Support are available during the official business hours of Ricoh (Thailand) Ltd., from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
