Service Terms and Conditions
  • Helpdesk, Remote Support and Onsite Services are available during the business hours of Ricoh (Thailand) Limited, from Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM excluding public holidays
  • Onsite Service is provided when an issue cannot be resolved through Remote Support
  • Next Business Day (NBD), in accordance with the company’s business hours and working days
  • The company reserves the right to change Service Terms and Conditions without prior notice
