- Third-Party Software Update service covers only software specified by the company (MS Office, MS Outlook, Adobe Acrobat)
- Endpoint Backup Software service requires a minimum purchase of 1 TB of cloud storage
- Policy Management service is applicable only to OS configurable settings such as automatic screen locking, password policy, USB port restrictions, and prevention of unauthorized software updates and installations
- Helpdesk Support, Remote Service Support, and Onsite Service Support are available during Ricoh Thailand's business hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
