Marketing and Business Strategy

Responsibilities
- Support the development of market opportunities for products and systems in the relevant marketing business center.
- Participate in customer activities and strategize product or service launches that meet customer needs.

Solution Business Specialist+
Responsibilities
- Research and analyze potential enhancements for products and services, particularly in digital solutions and related hardware/software, to deliver value to customers in Office Solutions, Digital Transformation Solutions, and Scanners.
- Plan and manage product strategies and lifecycle (Product Life Cycle), including product selection, pricing, and positioning to target different customer segments. Manage product launch and post-launch activities.
- Analyze market trends and develop service solution roadmaps to address each customer group’s needs, aligning with market intelligence, competitor analysis, and input from business partners.
- Prepare sales support tools and materials such as Sales Kits, Brochures, FAQs, etc.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to manage pricing, documentation, and stock management. Provide sales support during both Pre-Sales and Post-Sales phases.
