Solution Business Specialist+
Responsibilities
  • Research and analyze potential enhancements for products and services, particularly in digital solutions and related hardware/software, to deliver value to customers in Office Solutions, Digital Transformation Solutions, and Scanners.
  • Plan and manage product strategies and lifecycle (Product Life Cycle), including product selection, pricing, and positioning to target different customer segments. Manage product launch and post-launch activities.
  • Analyze market trends and develop service solution roadmaps to address each customer group’s needs, aligning with market intelligence, competitor analysis, and input from business partners.
  • Prepare sales support tools and materials such as Sales Kits, Brochures, FAQs, etc.
