• Prepare data report about product, price, solution design and document for sales department. 
• Support and demonstrate usage instruction about product and solution. 
• Provide product knowledge to Pre-sales in Up-country. 
• Provide training course and learning for develop knowledge of product for up to date about new product. 
• Responsible control cost price from suppliers and contractor to meet the standardization and efficiency. 
• Responsible the quality to meet the standard ISO 9001 , ISO 14001.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer , IT or any related field. 
• Have at least 1 year of experience in IT, Hardware and Software. 
• Knowledge of IT, Hardware and Software.

Job Description

• Support technical product data for sales department and presales in DTS product.
• Responsible Install and configuration in DTS product as assigned.
• Troubleshoot and advise in DTS product as assigned.
• Responsible the quality to meet the standard ISO 9001 , ISO 14001
• Review and development in product knowledge.

Job Responsibility

• Responsible for IT services (75% software and 25% hardware)
• Follow-up and solve problems after installation, Planning maintenance on a periodic basis, As the client request.
• Give advice and suggestions about products for the customer, Teach how to use and solving basic problems for the client.
• Maintain and develop good relationship with existing clients.
