Responsibilities

• Present and promote Digital Transformation solutions through both online channels and face-to-face meetings with designated partners.
• Coordinate with internal teams when customers show interest in DTS products.
• Arrange and manage training and certification sessions provided by relevant institutes or brands.
• Coordinate with Pre-sales and Post-sales teams to arrange POC (Proof of Concept) and customer system implementations as appropriate.
• Provide consultation and strategic planning to customers for their digital transformation journey.

• Gather customer insights and market trends to evaluate interest in DTS solutions.

Qualifications & Requirements

Responsibilities

Plan marketing strategies, work plans, and manage product operations throughout the product life cycle from product selection, product positioning, pricing, and key selling points to inventory management and product launch planning. This includes developing sales support tools, sales promotions, public relations activities, and sales analysis to improve marketing operations and achieve business goals.

Coordinate and collaborate with the technical team for product testing, the Purchasing team for inventory management, and the Marketing team for communication and public relations related to the products.

• Responsible for the Company’s Sales of IT, Software Infrastructure and CCTV.
• Regularly visits customer and prospects to develop and maintain good relations.
• Input data and report related to sales activity to internal system.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide IT-related services, with a primary focus on software (approximately 75%) and hardware support (approximately 25%).
