RICOH Imagine Change 2025 – Cloud & AI Press Conference

On 27 November 2025, Ricoh (Thailand) Ltd. hosted the “RICOH Imagine Change 2025 – Cloud & AI Press Conference” at the Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok. The event marked one of the year’s key milestones, bringing together top executives and representatives from leading organizations across diverse industries, including finance and investment, transportation and logistics, education, manufacturing, technology, service businesses, and government sectors.

Participants had the opportunity to experience RICOH’s advanced technologies up close, with strong interest centered on RICOH’s Cloud and AI solutions. These technologies were widely recognized as critical drivers for enhancing efficiency, strengthening organizational capabilities, and building a competitive edge in the digital era. The event also offered practical insights into real-world applications that organizations can leverage to drive sustainable growth and transformation.

The event was officially opened by Mr. Julian Fryett, President of Ricoh (Thailand) Ltd., who shared the company’s vision of moving toward a future driven by Cloud and AI as the core foundation for organizational decision-making and automation.

This was followed by the official launch of RICOH Cloud & AI Solutions, presented by Mr. Srikrung Charoengonvijit, Chief Technology Officer, Ricoh (Thailand) Ltd., who outlined RICOH’s vision of leading organizations into a Cloud-, AI-, and data-centric era. The presentation also highlighted strategic collaborations with technology partners Sertis and DailiTech, aimed at strengthening digital ecosystems and addressing specific enterprise needs.
