RICOH Customer Satisfaction Survey Fiscal Year 2022

The Customer Satisfaction Survey is one of RICOH's ongoing projects to listen to the opinions of our precious customers.
This survey will be conducted during 1-28 February 2023. Customers will be contacted via email address and requested to answer the survey.
The questions in the survey will not include the important information of customers, such as customer's financial information, ID card number, bank account, income, Etc.
We hope that our precious customers will cooperate with us and answer this survey so that we can better understand and respond to your needs.
