Ricoh recognised among Forbes’ World’s Best Employers 2025

Ricoh Company, Ltd. announced today it has been named to Forbes’ World’s Best Employers 2025 list, reflecting Ricoh’s long-term commitment to building a workplace where people are respected, empowered, and inspired to achieve fulfillment through work.

Forbes, in collaboration with data and intelligence platform Statista, compiles the World’s Best Employers list through independent, anonymous surveys of more than 300,000 workers in more than 50 countries over a three-year period. Evaluations combine direct employee ratings with indirect industry and public feedback, and recognize 900 multinational corporate groups. The survey also asks employees to assess their current employer across six dimensions: atmosphere and development (recognition, clarity, growth); pay and benefits; company image and pride; respect for individuals; working conditions; and workplace environment.

This marks Ricoh's latest global recognition, following its inclusion in TIME's World's Best Companies of 2025 and Financial Times' ‘Best Employers: Asia-Pacific 2025’ list.
