RICOH intends to structure society transformation through “Three Loves” philosophy
Yoshinori Yamashita, the president and CEO of RICOH (Thailand) Limited has given an interview with “The Japan Times” on the topic of the basic organization activity of “Spirit of Three Loves” including “Love people”, “Love country”, and “Love working”.
We expect to structure the workplace which supports the confidence and encouragement of employees. The changing of RICOH to be leader organization of creating social transformation that the employees who share the spirit of the three loves take the active roles.
