Entrance-and-Exit Management System

It consists of 2 types of systems.

Type 1: Normal Entrance-and-Exit Management System

This system consists of the barrier gate and staff to distribute the card, which is a popular system used in office buildings, hotels, or hospitals. However, for this system, you will have the cost of hiring staff for distributing the card, for receiving payment, and for stamping the parking cards.

Type 2: Automated Entrance-and-Exit Management System

This system is beginning to be used in some office buildings, shopping malls, and paid parking spaces as this system helps facilitate providers in payment. Users can pay the parking fee via the automated payment kiosk, which also helps save costs for the providers as they do not have to hire staff for distributing the parking cards. Besides this, the system helps enhance the security with the following elements.

• Automated Card Dispenser
  This automated card dispenser works well with the automated barrier gate. Its function is solely dispensing the parking card for users of the parking spaces. This parking card will include the time of entrance and exit and it’s able to be used with the license plate recognition camera.
• License Plate Recognition Camera
  The license plate recognition camera (LPR), which comes in the parking management system, can generate pictures of the license plates and drivers to be used in the analysis and decrypted as numbers and letters regarding the brand and color of the cars to conveniently record in the system. Furthermore, this helps enhance the security of the parking spaces as the details of cars entering and exiting the places are recorded clearly, which helps the providers to track them more easily.
  

Payment System

Automated Payment Kiosk

To better facilitate users, they can pay the parking fee via the automated payment kiosk, which supports all types of payment, including cash, credit card, debit card, and rabbit card. This also helps the providers reduce the cost of hiring staff for receiving payment at the exit.

Payment via Application

Apart from the automated payment kiosk, the users can also pay via applications, which enhance the convenience of payment as they can pay by credit card or debit card. Besides this, the parking cards can be stamped electronically.

Parking Control and Monitoring System
