Wax Resin Thermal Transfer Ribbons

Wax resin ribbons are durable thermal transfer ribbon that combines wax and resin. They are more expensive than wax ribbons, but in terms of substrate, they are more durable and versatile. 
It’s ideal for printing on paper, PVC, and synthetic materials, offering high resistance to abrasion and temperature. This is suitable for applications requiring more durable and long-lasting labels, such as chilled food, outdoor labeling, shipping and logistics, retail and product labelling and asset tracking.

Features of Wax/Resin Ribbons

• Durability and Resistance: offer improved durability over wax ribbons and provide better resistance to smudging, scratching, and abrasion
• Print Quality:  produce sharper and more defined prints compared to wax ribbon, making them suitable for applications requiring higher-resolution labels such as Japanese /Chinese language
